- Generating complicate data reports using direct SQL queries on Oracle database
- 3rd line of tech support - deep analysis on problem, collecting problem data for software developers, general control over bugs fixing.

2009-2011 - financial software* maintenance and tech support;
2005-2008 - development and tech support of realtime sales and payments system: Windows Forms client application, connected to cashier machine, communicating with a set of ASP.Net xml webservises, exchanging info with with MS-SQL (goods info), Oracle (GSM billing system) via ADO.Net and financial software* via COM-connection. Written with C#, SQL and financial software* built-in scripting language.
